Goulds Prime Line SP Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump

The PrimeLine SP pumps are self priming, end-suction, centrifugal pumps designed for lawn and plot irrigation, dewatering, liquid transfer, and livestock watering. Once initially primed, the pump will re-prime automatically. This series is built with an open drip-proof or totally enclosed fan cooled motor, in single or three phase, and a range of power outputs and voltages. Models feature a silicon bronze, enclosed impeller with a variety of suction and discharge connection sizes. This series can reach heads up to 165 ft. TDH and capacities up to 240 GPM.

Features:

• Self-Priming Design: Features a replaceable check valve which acts to retain sufficient liquid in the casing to assure fast, reliable priming and repriming capabilities. Once initially primed the pump will reprime automatically should suction be lost.
• Impeller and Wear Ring: Silicon Bronze construction, replaceable wear rings extend pump life, designed for maximum efficiency and repriming capabilities. Impeller is enclosed type, balanced for smooth operation, keyed to motor shaft.
• Casing and Diffuser: Cast iron construction, featuring a back pull-out design with tapped connections provided for casing fill and drain to simplify pump start up and removal at the end of the season.
• Shaft Sleeve: 300 series stainless steel replaceable sleeve provides motor shaft protection.
• Mechanical Seal: 300 series stainless steel metal parts.
